I always say there's a lot of competition out there and I feel there are so many places in this world to see, so I generally don't return to the same vacation destination more than once. A resort that big should be more prepared.nobody wants to wait for a towel to be cleaned while on vacation. They often ran out of towels very early in the day. There was sand on the dresser after our room was doesn't take much to wipe off a top of a counter/dresser, but that was missed. If I had to be super critical, a few things I was disappointed in were the following: The staff aims to please!!!! Staff everywhere (ie: on the beach, along side the pool, in the lobby) (ie: spin cylce class IN the pool, literally!!, ocean water aerobics, spa, gym, nightly live music every night in the lobby, shows, restaurants, etc!!. So much to offer, but no pressure to participate if you wanted to lay low and simply relax. Very service oriented staff.they thought of everything anyone may want/need during a vacation.

Check in was slightly delayed, but they did everything to accommodate us during that delay. Definitely worth staying here if you’re planning on a quiet relaxing vacation! Shows were entertaining and there’s usually a little party every night near the lobby area till about midnight. We are a bit of food snobs so we ate off resort a few times as well to places we’ve been at before that we continue to return to every trip. Seaside grill was good along with the hibachi restaurant. They do have your typical buffet style at the main cafe. Breakfast at Rosewater is ala carte for preferred only. He went above and beyond with accommodations and recommendations that was spot on 👍 Also the woman at coco cafe was funny and in good spirits! As far as food goes, it was probably one of the better all inclusive we’ve been at. Yenny and I believe Kelvin are the ones that stood out (sorry if I got the names wrong). I was surprised on my last day I was there I finally used my swim up and the beach servers have access to your pool and ask if you need anything (pretty cool). Room service is decent, I had a nacho at 2AM lol. These rooms do not have a bathtub if you’re wondering. The room was nice and clean, I really enjoyed the outside shower. We stayed in a oceanfront bungalow swim up on the preferred side and it was awesome. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort for a short get away.
